Well, it’s finally upon us: the 2022 TitleCon on November 17 at the W in Ft. Lauderdale. If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time. And there are so many reasons to join us!
1. The obvious, especially if you live in a northern or midwestern state: It’s Ft. Lauderdale! The weather is forecast to be mostly sunny and in the low 80’s. What’s it going to be like where you live?
2. The content. There is no other on-site conference in the title industry devoted to advanced cyber security and anti-fraud practices. Yes, there are dozens of sessions, webinars or podcasts doing great work trying to convince title agents that they should do…well, something/anything to ward off things like ransomware attacks or wire fraud. This is the only conference that assumes you accept that premise, then puts you directly in touch with the people who develop and install sophisticated defense strategies every day.
3. The people. You’ll recognize a lot of the folks attending, plus have the opportunity to network with folks you haven’t met yet. Your next potential client, partner, point of referral or even top executive could very likely be at this event. Plus, the event has been designed to promote interactivity and networking. You won’t have to wade through thousands or go off site to other hotels to meet the people you want to meet at the TitleCon.
4. The speakers. Some of the best and brightest in the space will be presenting, both successful title authorities as well as the top cyber security people. They’ll probably be mingling with the attendees and sponsors at the hotel restaurant and bar the night before and after the event, too.
