- If user is having issue logging in at computer login screen (even if the user’s name is showing up on the screen)
- Hit other user and enter FULL EMAIL and password
- If having issues with Remote Desktop App
- Click unsubscribe and resubscribe. (issue is often occuring becuase they had previously connected with onMicrosoft and needs to be cleared from the app)
